Kara Lecuivre, FNP–C
Owner
Kara Lecuivre received her nursing degree from Brockton Hospital School of Nursing/Fisher College in 2004. Kara started her nursing career working in the Birthing Unit at Brockton Hospital and most recently South Shore Hospital. Throughout her career she has been the recipient of many awards and scholarships for academic excellence.

Kara earned her Masters degree with honors from Walden University in 2024. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Med Spa Association. When she’s not working, Kara can be found spending all her free time making memories with her husband, children and dogs.
Dr. Arthur Shektman
Medical Director
Dr. Shektman, of Wellesley Plastic Surgery is highly trained board certified plastic surgeon and is recognized as an expert in the field of cosmetic surgery. He has over 20+ years of experience and nearly 3500+ happy patients.
Laura Lima, ACNP-BC, RNFA
Laura is dual-board certified as an Adult Acute Care and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with a subspecialty in Cardiology. She has worked in the healthcare industry for over 2 decades, beginning her career as a certified nursing assistant at a local nursing home. She went on to receive her BSN from St. Anselm College of Nursing in 2003. 

After working as a bedside nurse, leader, and preceptor on a Cardiac Unit, she earned her Masters degree with honors from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 2012. She worked as a Pulmonary/Critical Care Nurse Practitioner until she found her passion in Vascular Surgery. She has a vast knowledge of arterial and venous disease, as well as management of medically complex patients and wounds. Laura went on to obtain her certifcation in aesthetic services and believes in a holistic approach, helping client’s feel and look their best as they age gracefully. 

Laura is the recipient of a local Community Award for precepting Nurse Practitioner students. She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the New England Society of Vascular Surgery, the American Geriatric Society, the American Med Spa Association, and the American IV Association.
